Position: Salesforce & Data Manager (Full-Time Contract)

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Salesforce & Data Manager is responsible for Salesforce system design, development, implementation and reporting to support the sales and finance teams and other business needs specifically within the nonprofit industry. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for configuration, reporting, training, support, maintenance and overall improvement of the company’s Salesforce.com platform.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with each department to realize the full capabilities of Salesforce.com CRM to meet organizational requirements and implement efficient workflows.
• Design, build and support configurations within Salesforce.com CRM applications including the Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP) and Pardot.
• Develop user stories for the development of additional CRM system functionality.
• Facilitate continued enhancements of Salesforce.com, aligning with organizational processes and organizational reporting requirements including integration across platforms.
• Execute required data management process including data sourcing, data cleansing, data importing and exporting in order to operationalize the ongoing data needs of the organization and various supported organizational lines.
• Develop, implement and enhance reporting and dashboard as required by end users and organizational needs.
• Develop and execute test plans to ensure that the configuration/custom code satisfies organizational requirements.
• Provide data/reporting to support any ad-hoc requests.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE DESIRED

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or related field
• 4+ years of experience working with Salesforce.com as an administrator. Other CRM experience is an asset
• Expertise of Salesforce.com best practices and governance standards
• Experience in KPI reporting
• Strong technical understanding of functional and technical system architecture
• Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com platform out-of-the-box functionality and configuration
• Solid understanding of business and information technology processes
• Strong operational experience, ideally in a nonprofit program delivery environment
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Strong communication skills including written and verbal
• Must be capable of establishing influential and collaborative relationships with team members and leadership
• Highly motivated, excels in a collaborative team environment and innovative individual
• Results-oriented, timeliness, attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong experience in Salesforce development and familiar with cross-departmental processes
• Ideal candidate has a passion for excellence who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Certified Salesforce.com Administrator is an asset
• Certified NPSP Administrator is an asset
• Satisfactory Vulnerable Sector Screening required
