Position: Educational Change Agent & Sales Ambassador
Type: part-time, commission (no base salary)

Thrive is a social impact startup, which offers curriculum to empower high school students to find their purpose and develop life skills using design thinking to take on problems related to the UN's Sustainable Development Goals. We've had one SDG Challenge in Mexico (case study) and our vision is to have our programs in 20 countries in the next 5 years.

To achieve our vision, we're looking for an aspiring entrepreneur who truly believes education needs to improve to make students future ready. As our Educational Change Agent & Sales Ambassador you will reach out to schools to inspire their administrators the value of what the Thrive programs can bring to their students. This role gives you the chance to bring your own ideas to life, explore your own strategies, and have an international learning experience. You'll start with a 6 month contract, which can be extented or grow into a role that develops and manages the entire sales operations. Here are the full role details => link

Since we are a bootstrapped startup we're looking for someone who currently has a way to support themselves financially. For themoment we can only offer a financial incentive of 5-20% commisionon our programs that range from $2-10K. Also, it takes four or more months to close deals with schools.

The Person (Required)

  • 2+ years experience connecting with school administration
  • Experience with cold calls and cold emails
  • Located anywhere in North America (remote/work from home)

  • Ambitious and self-directed
  • Open/direct communication
  • International mindset

The Role

  • Support Thrive 10+ hours/week
  • 5-10 discovery calls per month
  • Contact 20-30 schools per month
