Position: Program Analyst, Home Assistance Program

We deliver saveONenergy programs for nearly 50 Ontario electric and gas utilities.

Objective: The Program Analyst, Home Assistance Program operates within the Home Assistance Program (HAP). With a focus on internal program support, data integrity and reporting, this role requires a high level of attention to detail, and initiative to continuously improve program administration, tracking and reporting. This position reports to the Home Assistance Program and CDM Manager.

Job Description

Full time / Permanent
Reporting To: Manager, Home Assistance Program and CDM

Primary Responsibilities

Program Support

  • To monitor identify customer issues via survey and internal submission channels
  • To resolve, escalate or assign issues requiring follow-up by appropriate department
  • To provide data analysis and project support
  • To communicate progress, timelines, milestones and other key project metrics to team members
  • To provide other administrative support as assigned

CRM & Reporting

  • To monitor and maintain accuracy, completeness and consistency of HAP data in GreenSaver’s client database
  • To develop and continuously improve client database
  • To produce weekly & ad hoc reports
  • To report on HAP customer satisfaction, trends, issues and develop recommended solutions and processes
  • To assist with the forecasting and tracking of key program metrics, monitoring progress against targets (pipeline reporting)
  • To provide reliable and accurate administrative support for monthly invoicing procedures

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in a discipline pertinent to the job function
  • Minimum 2 years CRM experience
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Proven Client Support excellence
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in wiring, to a wide variety of audiences (including senior management, employees, clients and external agencies/stakeholders).
  • Strong time-management and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable; strong work ethic, diligent, conscientious
  • Must demonstrate ability to meet deadlines and targets
  • Able to thrive under minimal supervision
  • Concern for the environment
