Position: Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Agent at Solar Brokers Canada, you will work with a team to facilitate and consult with clients across North America about the environmental and financial benefits of investing in Solar Energy. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a diverse, rewarding and fast-growing industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-sales process with interested clients as they come into our retail store locations
  • Pre-qualify potential clients properties and financing to determine the best solar investment for them
  • Conduct needs analysis to identify what the potential client's main motivation is to move forward with a solar investment
  • Answer interested clients questions and inquiries in further detail
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all walk-in clients
  • Upload & update client information on our Salesforce CRM system
  • Support Solar Brokers Canada marketing campaigns and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years customer service or sales experience is an asset
  • Full-time or part-time availability
  • Experience using Salesforce is considered an asset
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Passionate about entrepreneurship with a desire to pursue a career in marketing or sales
  • Bachelors in Business Commerce or Environmental Studies is considered an asset
