Position: Program Specialist, Business Refrigeration Incentive (BRI)

Job Description

Full time / Permanent
Reporting To: Manager, Business Refrigeration Incentive (BRI), Program Delivery

Objective: The Program Specialist (BRI) attracts potential customers for the Program by answering product, program and service questions.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Stimulate and facilitate participation in the BRI Program
  • Deliver superior customer service leveraging best practices in time and project management
  • Assist with follow-up calls to active leads and assist in scheduling assessments and installations, when required
  • Meet targeted quotas and service levels
  • Connect and follow-up with leads as identified by LDCs
  • Aid management team with application (Quality Assurance and Quality Control): accurately input client data into various databases, maintain records: Quality assurance of information and paperwork associated with customer files
  • Assist Management Team with requests regarding Program evaluation and regular reporting
  • Act as ‘eyes of perfection’ regarding incoming and outgoing invoicing (this could include review and summarizing tracked PDF files)
  • Document new policies and processes for project management
  • Clearly identify problems and either resolve or escalate appropriately
  • Problem-solving, decision-making and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
  • Provide excellent customer service to improve booking conversion, retain customers and represent GreenSaver as a leader in the industry: Scheduling of appointments for many different services
  • Other duties as assigned and as required from time to time by Manager, BRI Program Delivery

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 1 to 2 Years of experience in a customer service role
  • B2B experience is preferred
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, environmental studies, communication, project management or combination of relevant work experience and education
  • Professional demeanor
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Highly-organized with the ability to ‘plan ahead’, and manage multiple competing priorities
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and proactivity (a creative problem-solver and a ‘can do’ attitude)
  • Willingness to ‘jump in’ when required to do so
  • Positive attitude and interest in the energy and environment sectors
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel and Web Based Applications, CRM software; with an aptitude to learn internal software and relevant applications
  • Superior attention to detail is a must
  • Multilingual ability is considered an asset
