Position: Program Coordinator
Organization: Greenbrain Inc.
Location: Richmond Hill, York Region/GTA, Ontario

Greenbrain Inc. is looking for an individual with outstanding customer service skills to join our team as a Program Coordinator. At Greenbrain we focus on the design, delivery and management of energy conservation and sustainability programs for local Electric and Gas Utilities.

Your responsibilities will include:

This position will report directly to the Manager of Conservation Programs and will be responsible for handling all coordination related to conservation programs and their activities.

  • Support day-to-day program deliverables while working within strict budgets to meet program targets
  • Support the development of new programming with a focus on efficiency, optimizing process and customer service excellence
  • Resolve customer issues by analyzing the situation, determining appropriate solutions and ensuring appropriate follow-up
  • Maintain and oversee the accurate collection of records and data
  • Manage and coordinate the installation of energy efficient upgrades to customers homes and businesses
  • Support the training and management of program staff and contractors
  • Support the planning, implementation, and day-of management of community outreach events
  • Support the development of marketing and outreach materials


  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent). Preferred subject areas include Environmental Sustainability, Energy Management, etc.
  • Experience working in a customer service role
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment that is constantly changing
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time-management and prioritizing tasks
  • A tendency to take initiative to complete tasks and support team members
  • Strong leadership skills
  • “G” Class Drivers License, with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable with travel within Ontario
  • Ability to work evenings and/or weekends as may be required (standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 9-5pm)
  • Bilingual in English / French is an asset
  • First Aid / CPR certified is an asset
